Digging in to the Archives

The group has for a number of years published a bi-monthly bulletin covering recent events and technical articles. Like much of the print media the bulletin has been waning of late, having been largely replaced by e-mail lists and the web. Bulletins are now published at least yearly to give notice of the annual general meeting, and as a membership renewal reminder.

Selected older bulletins (scanned) and the most recent bulletins (produced digitally) are still available:

The West Australian V.H.F. Group (Incorporated) is based in Perth, and is the single largest license holder and operator of terrestrial VHF, UHF and SHF beacons in Australia.

The group has operated continually since 1955 and recently held its 587th General Meeting.
